Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by video games. This passion inspired me to try my hand at game development early on. I started small, tinkering with basic game engines, sketching characters, and crafting simple levels. Each attempt fueled my creativity and deepened my love for interactive storytelling.
Two years ago, I departed from my home country and have since resided in the downtown Toronto area, with OCAD as the focal point of my life. I’m honing my skills to bring my ideas to life. My dream is to create games that inspire others, just as games once inspired me.
My theme means to exploring the intricate layers of self-consciousness, body neutrality, and the societal pressures surrounding physical identity. I aim to create interactive experiences that challenge traditional beauty standards and highlight the emotional and psychological impact of these expectations.
During my second year in Toronto, I visited Niagara Falls and captured its breathtaking beauty in both daylight and under the night sky. By day, the falls glistened in natural light, their immense power and energy leaving me in awe. That evening, as I admired the illuminated cascade, I felt a deep appreciation for living in such an incredible city. Toronto’s vibrant creativity, diversity, and thriving gaming industry make it an ideal place for a game developer. With endless opportunities for collaboration and growth, the city continually inspires me to push boundaries and embrace innovation in my work.
